VN Care LI4 Acupressure Hand Clip

A small, reusable clip that applies steady pressure to the LI4 point, also called Hegu, the fleshy spot between your thumb and index finger used in traditional acupressure. Clip it on for a few minutes at your desk, on a long drive or while you wind down in the evening.

Why you'll like it

• Wearable on either hand, so your hands stay free for typing or your phone
• Compact size of 4.5 cm by 1.9 cm that fits in a pocket or wallet
• No batteries or charging, and reusable
• A simple way to take a calm pause during a busy day

How to use

1. Find the LI4 point: press your thumb against the side of your index finger and look for the highest point of the muscle between them.
2. Open the clip and place the pads on that spot.
3. Wear it for a few minutes, then switch to the other hand.
4. Take it off straight away if you feel pain, numbness or tingling.

Good to know

• Do not use during pregnancy. Traditional acupressure practice avoids pressing the LI4 point while pregnant.
• This is a comfort accessory, not a medical device. If you are managing a health condition, keep following your doctor's advice.
• Do not wear on broken or bruised skin. Keep away from small children.
